ESTATES MANAGER
North City Business Centre is entering an exciting period of expansion, and we’re looking for a highly capable Estate Manager to help lead the delivery of a substantial multi million pound capital works programme across our growing portfolio.
This is a pivotal role within a scaling, community focused property organisation, offering genuine influence over how projects are scoped, procured and delivered across live, multi-tenanted commercial environments.
About the Role
You will:
-Lead end to end capital project delivery, from feasibility and design coordination to tendering, contractor management and handover
-Oversee refurbishment schemes, infrastructure upgrades and redevelopment initiatives
-Chair site meetings, manage contractors, monitor programme and quality
-Work closely with the Operational Manager to ensure tenant needs are embedded from the outset
-Coordinate works to minimise disruption in busy, operational business centres
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
-Strong experience delivering construction and capital projects
-Proven contractor and stakeholder management skills
-Excellent organisational and reporting capability
-The ability to balance commercial awareness with community impact
-A hands-on approach and regular on-site presence
