Parking spaces are not allocated, although this can be arranged on an occasional basis if required (e.g. for deliveries or special visitors).

All businesses have use of centralised office services and central delivery of post. Deliveries can be accepted in the business absence if requested.

Businesses can rent our meeting space and conference and training facilities for events, exhibitions or demonstrations at a 50% reduction on normal prices.
Service Charges are applied and cover all overheads at the Business Park including building insurance, waste collection (skips are available for tenant use), landscaping and general maintenance and all security services. Rates, electricity and heat are the responsibility of the tenant.
