Our site is accessible on a 24/7 basis with out of hours remote security monitoring. The site is fully controlled by 24 hour CCTV, is manned by site staff for approximately 16 hours per day, is fully locked at night and has intruder alarms. Unit holders have 24 access with their own personal key fob, allocated on request.
Parking spaces are not allocated, although this can be arranged on an occasional basis if required (e.g. for deliveries or special visitors).
All tenants have use of centralised office services and central delivery of post. Deliveries can be accepted in tenants’ absence if requested. Tenants can rent our meeting space and conference and training facilities for events, exhibitions or demonstrations at a 50% reduction on normal prices.
Service Charges are applied and cover all overheads at the Business Park including building insurance, waste collection (skips are available for tenant use), landscaping and general maintenance and all security services. Rates, electricity and heat are the responsibility of the tenant.
