North City Business Centre was delighted to learn of the planning decision approval taken recently by Belfast City Council for a new development of 30,000 square feet of enterprise space on our existing site in Duncairn Gardens.
Dave Murphy, Chief Executive of NCBC said, “This is great news for North Belfast as this exciting project will allow North City to develop a new four story building on our existing site at the junction of Duncairn Gardens and North Queen Street. This development when completed will represent a £3.5million investment in North Belfast to facilitate businesses and enterprises in the community. This project aligns with our core aims and objectives to provide affordable commercial property, the delivery of business development support programmes and the provision of virtual, conference and meeting facilities in the community.
