North City Business Centre (NCBC) hosted a celebration event on Thursday 7 March to recognise the achievements of participants who have just completed the Exploring Enterprise Programme (EEP) in North Belfast.
EEP is a pre-start enterprise programme which provides an insight into starting a business whilst allowing participants to work towards achieving a CCEA qualification in Understanding Business Enterprise. In addition, it provides participants with the opportunity to explore self-employment as an option to enter and/or return to the labour market.
All of the participants completed the programme and achieved the CCEA qualification and speaking at the event, Dave Murphy, CEO of NCBC, who presented a record of achievement certificate to all participants said, “I would like to congratulate all of you on your dedication and commitment in completing the programme and on your success in achieving the CCEA qualification. I am sure you will also join with me in thanking Melanie Fitzpatrick for delivering the programme in such an engaging and professional manner.”
The exploring Enterprise Programme is part-funded through the Northern Ireland European Social Fund Programme 2014-2020, the Department for the Economy, Enterprise Northern Ireland and the Local Enterprise Agencies.
